love dresses,love fashion,love life

For most people ,we have no enough money to have expensive dresses homecoming dresses.but for some people ,they do not care of this ,and let us see some people even in the difficult economic times.
A chiffon dress worn by the late Amy Winehouse on the cover of her breakthrough album, Back to Black, has reportedly sold for $68,000 (£43,200) at auction.
Winehouse, who was just as infamous for her erratic behavior and drug abuse as she was for her singing, passed away earlier this year from what a British cornier referred to as "death by misadventure"  due to a toxic amount of alcohol in her system.
A spokeswoman for Kerry Taylor Auctions told Reuters that the Museo de la Moda in Santiago, Chile bought the Disaya Sorakraikitikul maternity wedding dresses for well over its £10-20,000 pre-sale estimate.
"We are just over the moon," said Winehouse's father, Mitch, who attended the auction, reports NME. "We owe a great debt to the designer, Disaya, who donated the proceeds from the sale."

Sorakraikitikul pledged to donate the profits from the auction to the Amy Winehouse Foundation -- a charity set up by her father to help young people struggling with ill health, poverty or addiction.

Overall, the auction – which also included the Edith Head-designed ivory lace gown which Audrey Hepburn had modified to receive her best actress Oscar for Roman Holiday – fetched £708, 000 Reuters reports.

"This sale demonstrates that even in these difficult economic times, the appetite for haute couture is undiminished." said auctioneer Taylor, assumedly in a stuffy posh accent.
